I’d like to describe an interesting building I saw during a trip to a nearby historic city. It was an old government building with a grand façade, tall columns, and arched windows. The stonework looked incredibly detailed, and there was a large courtyard in the middle. I joined a short guided tour and learned it had been rebuilt after an earthquake. What made it fascinating was how it mixed traditional design with modern safety features. I left feeling impressed and I still remember it clearly.
One building that really caught my attention was a modern museum I visited while travelling. From the outside, it looked like a giant wave made of glass and metal, and the lines were very smooth and futuristic. Inside, the halls were bright, and there were balconies with panoramic views of the city. I found it interesting because the architecture itself felt like art. It made the whole visit more memorable, and I wanted to learn more about the architect afterwards.
