It has undergone significant changes. There has been a massive construction boom, with entire new districts like Tashkent City changing the skyline completely. It looks much more modern now.
The most noticeable change is the rapid development of infrastructure. We have new roads, flyovers, and many more international businesses, cafes, and shops than ever before.
I think it has become much more cosmopolitan. You see more tourists and foreign residents, and the city has a more international feel, while still preserving its unique cultural character.
